All event organizers must agree to, fill out and sign, the Hall Rental Agreement.
Any event wishing to serve alcohol must apply for a Special Occasions Permit at least 10 Days in advance of your event. Please visit the AGCO to apply.
If serving alcohol, FVHB Smart Serve Certified bartenders (2) must be used and a $100 additional fee applies to the rental.
$250 Non- Refundable Deposit required to complete booking. (E-Transfer preferred)
